Warranty periods for great quality polyester insulation are long.  In the 20+ years we have been working with polyester, we have never seen a “failed” product.  But, we have seen plenty of other failures though. 

The Warranty Periods are: 

TIP: It’s common for other tradespeople (plumber, electrician etc) to disturb insulation after it has been installed.  You may not even know it! Please be aware of this and remind anyone working under your floor to take care to reinstate it.    In fact, it is good practice when asking for a quotation on any work being done after your floor has been insulated, to ensure their quotation includes the reinstatement of your insulation after their work has been completed. 

In most cases we’re more than happy to assist you with any concerns you may have with the quality of our products. However, there are some instances where we won’t be able to assume responsibility, such as: • excessive wear and tear caused by regular contact with the product • disturbances to the product caused by other tradespeople working in your home • use of the products for any other purpose than they were intended • failure to follow our recommended installation method.
